Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

50 ml Pablo Gin
150 ml Tonic water
1 slice of lemon

Preparation

Put two or three ice cubes in a glass and shake to chill. Discard the water if necessary.
Add a portion of Pablo Gin and mix.
Add the tonic water.
Add a lemon peel for decoration.

Bees Knees

Ingredients

60 ml Pablo Gin
22.5 ml Lime juice
22.5 ml Honey

Preparation

In a shaker, combine the gin, fresh lemon juice and honey.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 to 15 seconds.
Garnish with a lime peel.

Basil Smash

Ingredients

60ml Gin Pablo
30ml lemon juice
6-8 basil leaves
15ml sugar syrup

Preparation

Place the basil in the base of the shaker and macerate gently.
Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with the ice.
Strain into a glass with ice cubes.
Garnish with basil leaves.

White Lady

Ingredients

45 ml Pablo Gin
25 ml lemon juice
25 ml Triple Sec
15 ml egg white

Preparation

Add the gin, Triple Sec, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker.
Shake the ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white, creating a velvety texture and a layer of foam.
After the dry shake, add a good amount of ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously.

Gimlet

Ingredients

25 ml lime juice
1 slice of lime

Preparation

Combine Pablo Gin and fresh lime juice in a shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake for about 10 to 15 seconds.
Garnish with a lime peel.

Negroni

Ingredients

20 ml Pablo Gin
20 ml Campari
20 ml Sweet Vermouth

Preparation

In a shaker, combine Pablo Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth in equal parts.
Add ice to the shaker and shake for about 10 to 15 seconds.
Garnish with orange slices.
